When Dean Hilliard started his business back in 1979, he had one vehicle and one employee... him! He was hard working and determined to succeed. Before Dean went into business for himself, he worked for a number of HVAC companies as a service technician repairing all types of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment. Today, there are 17 people on his staff including 5 highly skilled service technicians and 4 new installation crews.
